Caroline W. Champ, 84 of Lancaster, died Wednesday at Conestoga View. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Bishop R. and Helen E Wallace Hill. She was the wife of the late William Champ Jr. who died in 1977. Caroline was a School Crossing Guard for 25 years and a security guard at LGH for 5 years. She was a member of St Mary"s Catholic Church.  She served in the army during WWII.

Surviving is a sister, Helen Jefferson, Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Franklin and Theodore Hill and two sisters Mary Anderson and Josephina Bair .

A memorial service will be held at St   Mary's Catholic Church, 119 S. Prince Street, Lancaster, Pa. on Thursday,  March 8 ^th , 2007 at 10:00AM . Interment in St Joseph New Catholic Cemetery, Bausman Pa. Friends may pay their respects to the family at the church from 9:30-10:00AM . Arrangements by the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home.
