Carole L. Isaak, of Lancaster, passed away February 12, 2025, at the age of 81. Born in Denver CO in January of 1944, she was the daughter of Robert and Louise (Moore) Work. She shared over 56 memorable years with her devoted husband, Troy Isaak.

Carole dedicated her life to enriching the lives of countless students as a devoted professor and student advisor at Elizabethtown College. Her passion and unwavering commitment to her students were evident in every lesson she imparted. Carole's welcoming personality and infectious smile made her a beloved figure in the academic community, leaving a lasting impact on those she mentored and inspired. Beyond her profession, Carole was an avid reader and found joy in the art of flower gardening, nurturing beauty in her surroundings much like she nurtured the minds and hearts of her students.

Her memory will live on in her husband Troy, their son Benjamin A. Isaak, and a brother, John Work.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Carole's Scholarship.
