Carol Jean Muscia, 68, of Lancaster passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 at home. Born in Mondovi, WI she was the daughter of the late Gerald Westberg and Bonnie Lee (Werth) Morris. Carol worked as a geographic tech at the Census Bureau just outside of Washington, D.C. for over 33 years before retiring to Lancaster to be closer to family. Carol enjoyed sewing, quilting and reading when not spending time with friends and family. She is survived by her two children, Shari Hall of Wallback, WV and Kelvin Hall and his wife Helen of Springvale, ME; three grandchildren, Danielle, Alexandra and Kelvin Hall; two siblings, her sister Barbara Derluinas and her husband Stan of Quarryville, PA, and her brother Gary Westberg and his wife Frieda of Elm City, NC; two nieces, Sandi Burkins and her husband Jim of Delta, PA, Heather Westberg of NC; and a nephew, Jeremy Westberg also of NC; and also by Glenn Hall of Springvale, ME. Memorial Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
