Carol A. Johnson, 84, of Lititz, passed away on January 27, 2024,

She was the wife of the late Daniel W. Johnson, Sr., who passed away in 2018. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Walter B. and Elsie A. Schade Clare.

Carol was a homemaker and an active member of PEO, a womens' philanthropic organization. She enjoyed watching home décor shows and attending her grandsons' sporting events.

Carol was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her children: Daniel W., Jr. married to Karen Johnson and Lori A. married to Robert Long, both of Lititz; her 3 grandsons: Issac fiancé of Madison, Daniel III married to Annie, and Korey married to Stephanie; her 4 great grandchildren: Johanna, Gianna, Luke, and Micah; her siblings: Cheri married to Carmelo Diaz of NJ and Joanne Clare of Sparta, WI; her brothers-in-law Howard Keene of Sparta, WI and Philip married to Joy Johnson of New Hope, PA. Carol was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Keene.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 10 Delp Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601 from 6-8PM and again on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 10-11AM, with the funeral service to follow at 11AM. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Carol's memory to St. Peter's Lutheran Church at the above address.
