Carol A Branch, formerly Stewart, age 77, of Lancaster, passed away on March 31, 2023 at Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Lancaster, Carol was the daughter of the late Eric E. and Willetta E Stewart (Foster).

Carol was a devoted employee of RR Donnelley for many years, having worked in positions in finance and sales, handling many large accounts, including Yankee Magazine. She also traveled extensively for the company to places like Chicago, to "save" accounts, often in the middle of the workday, taking with her, nothing but the clothes on her back. She also spent six months with the company at their facility in the Santa Clara CA area. Traveling for the company was right up her alley, as her personal travels found her visiting places such as the Bahamas, England, Paris, Hawaii, and numerous other destinations. Carol also enjoyed cruises.

Carol was a 1963 graduate of JP McCaskey High School and was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Lancaster. Carol is survived by her sisters Barbara Dorsey (Stewart) and Marian Ford (Stewart) as well as her nieces & nephews: Allyson K Hershock (wife of Robert), Eric J Stewart (Jennifer Mumma), Erin J Stewart, Anthony C Ford (Shaniqua Selby) and Stewart J Ford, David M Jackson (Jennifer Brandt), Sherry C Thomas and Ashton L Jackson and numerous great nieces and nephews, all of whom she dearly loved.

In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her brothers: Joseph E Jackson, Michael L Jackson, and Eric F Stewart.

Family will host a gathering of friends at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA.17543 on Friday July 28, 2023 from 2pm-4pm.

Burial will be private.
