Carmen I. Parrilla, 73, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Juana (Pineiro) and Cesar Felipe Rosado.

Carmen was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and working on puzzles and word searches. Carmen was an avid reader and loved to play bingo. Most of all she cherished spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

Carmen is survived by her children: Frances David of Brooklyn, NY, Francisco David of Phoenix State, Maria Morales of Lancaster and Luz Hopkins of Queens, NY; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Osvaldo Parrilla and her fur babies: JP, Cheeky, Suzy and bunny Oreo.
