Carmen C. Kaucz, 60, of Lancaster died Saturday, January 1, 2011 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Born in New York, she was the daughter of Margarita   Mendez Caban of New York and the late Raimundo Caban.

Carmen was a watchmaker and a cosmetologist by trade.

She is survived by two sons: Yannick C. Kaucz, Lancaster, Daniel J. Kaucz, Delaware and a grandson, Justin William Ortiz.

Carmen is survived by two sisters and a brother; Noelia Caban, New York, Betsy Rivera, Florida, Steve Rivera, New York and her fiancé Carl Crone, Lancaster.

She was preceded in death by a son, William J. Ortiz.

A Graveside Service will be held at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery, Lincoln Highway East and Greenfield Road, Lancaster, PA on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 10:30AM.
