Carlo Thomas Pilatti, 88, died at home on Thursday, July 25, 2013. Born February 11, 1925 in Biel, Switzerland, he recently lived in Farmington, CT, Palm City and Leesburg, FL. Upon the death of his beloved wife, Hermine Rosa, he moved to Conestoga, PA to live with his daughter, Silvia Doe, and her family. Carlo, a chef, was the former owner of Edelweiss Restaurant, West Hartford, CT. Carlo was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lancaster.

Survivors include Silvia & Robert Doe; Erich (his son) & Regina Pilatti, grandchildren Melissa, Christina, Erika, Gabrielle, Nick, Bobby, Jono and Jackie. He was also very proud of his great grandsons, Aiden, Tristan, Hunter and Haven.
