Carlo A. DiGiusto, 69, of Lancaster, died Friday, November 18, 2016 in his residence. Born in Anversa, Italy, he was the husband of Catherine E. "Cathy" (Provost) DiGiusto of Lancaster, and the son of Luigina (Ciavattone) DiGiusto of Waltham, MA and the late Guerrino DiGiusto. Of the Catholic faith, Carlo earned his Accounting Degree from Northeastern University, and was employed by several area banks and the Federal Government. Carlo was described as an "epic grandfather", and was an avid gardener and enjoyed working on cars. In addition to his wife of 46 years and his mother, Carlo is survived by a daughter, Caroline O'Neil and her husband David of Brownstown; a son, Gerry DiGiusto and his wife Caroline Staudt of Winchester, MA; 4 grandchildren: Dylan and Emily O'Neil and Nils and Elsa DiGiusto; and 2 brothers: Walter DiGiusto and his wife Maryann of Winchester, MA and Lou DiGiusto of Waltham, MA. A time of sharing service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Charles F. Snyder, Jr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz. Friends and family will be received one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Kindly omit flowers.
