Carl Ulrich of Lancaster passed away on Tuesday, November 28 at Lancaster General after battling complications from Pneumonia. He was the son of the late Joseph and Julie (Ortleib) Ulrich. He was the husband of Debbie Ulrich for 45 years.

Carl enjoyed fishing, auto racing, and bicycling. Everybody liked Carl because he was humble and great to be around. Carl followed his grandfather and father's footsteps by becoming a brick layer and worked extensively in Philadelphia and Lancaster.

In addition to his wife, Carl is survived by his brothers, Michael (Vicki) Ulrich, Kurt (Sheila) Ulrich, and Brian (Amanda) Ulrich. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Joseph Ulrich and Mark Ulrich.

Funeral services are planned for Tuesday, December 5 at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 440 St. Joseph Street in Lancaster, PA. Visitation will start at 10AM, the funeral begins at 11AM with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. There will be a celebration of Carl's life after the funeral in the parish hall.
