Carl "Kissy" Kissinger, 69, of Lancaster, passed away on December 18, 2017. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late John and Elverta (Buller) Kissinger. He attended McCaskey High School. After graduating he became a proud member of the National Guard. Recently, he was a member of the Hubley Social Club, American Homebrewers Association, and American Legion Post 34. Carl loved spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. An avid reader and photographer, Carl enjoyed the little things in life. He especially loved good music, good movies, brewing his own beer, and spending time laughing with friends and loved ones. He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Kissinger; granddaughters, Callie and Samantha Foster; nephew, Jesse Kissinger, and nieces Julie Stahl and Jody Kissinger.
