Brittany L. Bleecher, 29, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at Lancaster General Hospital, with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of Lisa (Garbrick) Bleecher and Doug and Juliana Bleecher.

Brittany attended Manheim Twp. High School and later received her CNA certificate. Her daughter, Brooke, was the light of her life and they enjoyed going to the park and spending time together. Brittany will be greatly missed. Her off-the-wall comments could make anyone laugh in almost any situation.

She was an avid reader and loved to spend time outdoors. She also enjoyed watching her dad race his motorcycle at the race track, where she herself achieved the rank of Intermediate Scooter Rider.

Brittany is survived by her daughter, Brooke Houser of East Petersburg; her brothers, Brandon Bleecher of Huntingdon and Bradley Bleecher of Mechanicsburg; her sister, Brandi Bleecher of Ephrata; her step-brothers, Joshua Walton and Jaydon Walton of Leola; a step-sister, Jocey Walton of Leola; her grandparents: Tom Garbrick (Barb), Rod Miller, and Clara Steffy; her aunts: Jamie Hughes (Scott) of Tampa, FL, Becky Nguyen (Don) of Pfafftown, NC, Dawn Taney of Lancaster and Tara Haines (Doug) of Lancaster; her uncles: Michael Miller of Oakland, CA, Jesse Miller of Oakland, CA, Chad Garbrick of Elizabethtown; and her nephew Connor Basore of Ephrata.

Brittany was preceded in death by Thomas Bleecher, her grandmother Cindy Miller, and her grandfather Edward Bleecher.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. Family & Friends will be received from 10-11 prior. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
