Bonita J. Swinehart, 75, formerly of Ephrata, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 20, 2015. Born in Lititz, PA, she was the widow of Raymond Swinehart and the daughter of the late Lester and Minerva Smith Haines. Bonita worked as a nurse's aide for 35 years at Brethren Village. She is survived by four children, Ray Michael Swinehart, Kenneth L. Swinehart, Melinda K. Doyle and Heather S., wife of David Reheard; several grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Lester Haines and a sister, Betsy, wife of Tom Stauffer. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
