Bienvenido "Bienve" Diaz-Rodriguez, 73 of Lancaster, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Born in Caguas, PR, he was the son of the late Bienvenido Diaz and Juana Rodriguez.

Bienve lived a happy and content life. In his earlier years he enjoyed working on cars and fishing. More recently, you could find him playing Playstation for hours or watching the news to catch up on the latest world events.

Bienve is survived by his sister, Diana Diaz; 4 children: Liz Reyes (Juan Carlos), Lynette Diaz, Lina Gonzalez (Robert), and Raymond Aponte; 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Federico Diaz.

A viewing time for friends and family will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 11AM-1PM at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, with a service to begin at 1 PM. Interment will follow at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
