Betty J. Sauder, 94, of Mennonite Home, formerly of Millersville, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 surrounded by her family. Born in Richmond Twp., Tioga County, PA she was the daughter of the late Charles R. Orbank and Hilda L. (Lownsbery) Orbank.

She worked for the former Hamilton Watch Co., and for RCA Corporation where she retired from after many years of service.

Betty was a member of Safe Harbor United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed sewing clothing that she provided for several family members. Betty enjoyed her beach trips with her RCA friends and she loved her cat. Betty was truly a good person and enjoyed being with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Gipperich, wife of Michael of Millersville; two granddaughters, Stephanie Gipperich, Christina Bishop, wife of Benjamin, both of Pittsburgh and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles E. Orbank.

Funeral Services for Betty will be held at 11AM on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St, Millersville, PA 17551. Interment will follow in Millersville Mennonite Cemetery. Family and friends will be received from 10-11AM at the funeral home on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Betty's memory may be made to Safe Harbor Methodist Church, 3687 River Rd, Conestoga, PA 17516.
