Bethsaida "Aida" Ramirez, 71, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025. Born in Patillas, PR, she was the daughter of the late Pastor Diaz and Gabriella DeJesus Diaz. She was married over 46 years to her beloved husband, Antonio Ramirez, with whom she would've shared 50 years together this December.

Aida was a true homemaker. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family. She was also an avid bingo and dominoes player, and liked to accessorize with the prettiest jewelry. Aida was of Catholic faith, was very strong-minded, and had a feisty personality that will be missed.

In addition to her husband, Aida is survived by 4 children: Jacqueline Ramirez, Aida "Mela" Ramirez, Antonio Ramirez, Jr., and Anjelina Ramirez; 6 grandchildren: Angel, Jr., Destiny, Dasire, Orlando, Izabella, and Julian; 3 great-grandchildren: Dylan, Jr., Bryson, and Anilah; and 6 siblings. She was predeceased by 5 siblings.

A time to gather and remember Aida will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 1-3 PM at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St, Lancaster, PA 17602. Interment will follow at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
