Ber M. Yang, 53, of Ephrata, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at the Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Laos, she was a daughter of Xia (lo) Moua and the late Xai Ge Moua. Ber was the beloved wife of See Yang, with whom she shared 35 years of marriage Prior to her illness, Ber worked as a machine operator for Dart Container Corporation for over 15 years. She was a member of Hmong Alliance Church in Leola where she was a volunteer. Along with her mother and husband, Ber is survived by her children, Garry Yang, Tony Yang, A. B. Yang and Nina Yang, all of Ephrata, Janie Yang and her husband Christopher of New Holland, and Keven Yang of Philadelphia. Also surviving is a granddaughter and three sisters. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by 2 brothers. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing and services which will be held at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA, 17543, on Thursday, May 17, 2018, from 6-8 PM, and again on Friday, May 18, 2018, from 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held at 9 AM Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery.
