Benetta J. Kuhns, 75, of Lancaster, died Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the Lancaster General Hospital. Her husband of 56 years Abram "Abe" L. Kuhns died last May 18 ^th . Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late John Coble and Dorothy Silvius Chretien.

A homemaker, Benetta drove school bus with Schultz Transportation Company for the School District of Lancaster. She loved playing BINGO and computer games, communicating with friends through the computer and going to Red Lobster.

Surviving are her son Stanley F., husband of Jennifer Penwell Kuhns, daughters Linda L., wife of Dennis Nixdorf and Julie A., wife of Michael Laventure, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, all of Lancaster. Her Stepfather Joseph Chretien of Wildwood, NJ also survives. In addition to her husband, Benetta was preceded in death by her son Daniel Kuhns.
