Bartosz "Bartek" Ruzyllo, 42, of Penn Township, passed away unexpectedly in Warwick Township on Friday, June 14, 2019. He was born in Warsaw, Poland to Wiltold and Teresa (Domaszewska) Ruzyllo. He came to the US in 1999.
Bartek met his wife Tiffany M. (Smathers) Ruzyllo while working as a bouncer at Legends in Reading. They were married for 12 years on June 11th.
He graduated from Divers Academy International and worked as a diver in the Gulf off Lafayette, LA and also worked on bridges in Perryman, MD. Bartek previously worked for UPS in Reading, sold insurance for a while and recently worked as team support at Arconic in Lancaster for the last 3 years.
He attended Saint Richard Catholic Church in Manheim. He loved fishing in Avon, NC, going to the beach, camping and fishing at Delaware Seashore State Park, hunting, snow skiing and playing Tennis. Bartek cheered for the Philadelphia Eagles and Manheim Central H.S. Barons football teams.
Bartek was a very intelligent, happy and caring man who was always there for others, regardless of how he was doing personally. He loved his kid's Mathias and Sophia. Bartek loved to rescue cats and care for them.
When growing up in Warsaw, Bartek frequently visited his uncle in State College and vacation at the Outer Banks with his family. He enjoyed travelling back to Poland to visit family, where he and Tiffany had their kids baptized.
Bartek is survived by his parents Wiltold and Teresa Ruzyllo of Warsaw, his wife Tiffany and their children Mathias A. and Sophia A. Ruzyllo of Penn Township, and his sister Ania, wife of Mateusz and their daughter Hania of Warsaw.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11 AM Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Saint Richard Catholic Church, 201 Adele Avenue, Manhiem, PA 17545, with The Reverend Stephen D. Wietzel as Celebrant. Viewings will take place 6-8 PM Friday, June 21st at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 and on Saturday from 10-11 AM at the church.
Private Interment will take place in Manheim Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Retreat at Lancaster County, 333 South 7th Street, Akron, PA 17501.
