Barry S. "Scott" Weitzel, 53, of Fawn Grove, PA, passed away suddenly Thursday, February 20, 2025. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Donna Martin and Barry Weitzel. He was the loving companion of Melissa Shreve.

He worked as a supervisor at Ralph Wilhelm, Inc. for over 20 years. Scott enjoyed playing sports, hunting and fishing, spending time outdoors, grilling and smoking meats, being with his dogs and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his parents, his companion, Melissa, his sisters Pam Kennedy, Becky Christy, and Jennie Weitzel; his daughters Emily and Haley, three nephews, 2 nieces, and 7 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his step father, Paul Martin, and grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584. Family and friends will be received from 10-11AM at the funeral home on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Scott's memory may be made to the Pittsburgh Bully Nation.
