Barry L. Erb 69, of Lititz, Pennsylvania, passed away on January 14, 2026.

Born on February 14, 1956, in Killeen, Texas, Barry was the son of the late Barry F. Erb and Patricia Altough. He was a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Army, completing two tours of duty.

Following his military service, Barry built a career as a personal trainer, dedicating over 30 years to helping others improve their health and well-being. 14 years of those years were spent as the fitness director and powerlifting coach at the Ephrata Rec center. He also spent many years owning and operating his own business, Balanced Bodies. Barry enjoyed dancing and attending blues shows, had a love for sushi, and cherished time with his three dogs. He also volunteered his time with the Lititz Democratic group. Barry was known as a helpful and caring person.

He is survived by his son, Jayme Erb, husband of Jennifer; his grandchild, Maleya; his step grandchildren Savannah and Trey Bergman, along with his siblings, Pam Miller and Dwayne Erb. Along with his parents Barry is preceded by his brother Douglas Erb.
