Bari M. Welsch, 76, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on March 16, 2019 at Susquehanna Valley Nursing & Rehab Center. Born in Staten Island, she was the daughter of the late Barent and Laurencia (Brown) Winant. Bari was the loving mother to Laurencia "Lori" O'Handly, wife of Mike, and Robert Welsch, husband of Maggie; and proud grandmother to Andrew, Corey, Talia, Haley and Leah.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
