Barbara J. Rebman Gohn, 86, passed away in Greensboro, North Carolina on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Allan F. and Lorraine C. Grimm Rebman. She was a proud graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School, class of 1957. Though having made her home in North Carolina, Lancaster was everything to her. She had a love for the area and always spoke of returning.

Barbara had a beautiful laugh: it filled the air. She was artistic and had an eye for design and antiques. She loved animals. If she passed an animal on the highway, she would pick it up and take it home. Any animal in need had a home with her.

Surviving Barbara are four children, JoAnne M. Fierle, Michael J. Gohn, Kevin J. Gohn, and Joseph J. Gohn, Jr. (Christy). She had four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Also surviving is her brother, Allan F. Rebman Jr., her uncle, Earl F. Rebman, Jr and his wife, Lois Rebman, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Ryan Gohn.
