Barbara Moore, 73, of Lititz, died on 12/25/2014. She was the daughter of the late Richard & Mildred Hess. Barbara was the wife of 44 years to Lewis Moore.

She was retired from Community Hospital of Lancaster, where she worked as a medical secretary in Surgical Services. She enjoyed crocheting, counted cross stitch, knitting & cooking.

Also surviving, stepchildren: Brian & Steven Moore, & Pamela Raifsnider (Phil); brother, John Hess (Elma); sister, Sue Youmans (Leon); niece, Lisa Greenway; nephew, Jeffrey Hess.

A Viewing will take place from 2-3 PM with a Funeral Service to follow on 12/30/2014 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543.
