The family of Barbara A. Miller wish to announce her passing on July 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 76. She was born on February 8, 1949, in Lancaster.

Barbara found solace doing word search and jigsaw puzzles, reading the Lancaster newspaper daily, quilting comforters, and caring for her yellow singing canary.

Many will remember Barbara for her dedicated years working for St. Joseph's Hospital as a nurse's aide, in Lancaster General Hospital's housekeeping department, Lancaster Osteopathic Hospital, and American Music Theater, in her retirement.

Barbara's love and memories will live on in her sister, Sandra Sinclair, wife of Ed of Quarryville, a nephew, William Sinclair, husband of Angie of Quarryville, and a niece, Karen Schmertz, wife of Brandon, of Drumore, as well as extended family. She was preceded in passing by her husbands, Frederick A. Miller and Lester DePugh, brothers, Edward McGee, Carl McGee.

A funeral service honoring Barbara will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at the Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584, beginning at 12 PM. The family welcome guests to a viewing beginning at 11 AM. Burial to follow at Mt. Eden Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Quarryville.
