Barbara A. Hemperly passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015. Born in Lancaster, PA to the late Amos A. and Mary B. Miller, she was the wife of Jere L. Hemperly. She is survived by a son John M. Hemperly and his wife Diane (Frey) a granddaughter Abigail M. and a brother, Amos F. Miller. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen and Mary and two brothers, John and Richard. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and a 1955 graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School. Barb was a Bell Telephone operator for 10 years and retired from John Herr's Grocery store Deli Department. Private Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Kindly omit flowers.
