Barbara Ann Blumenshine, 75, of Lancaster, passed away on December 4, 2021. Born and raised in Lancaster, Barbara was the daughter of the late Phillip and Emma (Dean) Blumenshine.

Barbara enjoyed a good cup of coffee, watching cooking shows, and baking. Her "Handicap Cookies" were infamous for looking bad, but tasting delicious. She loved going down to Indian River, DE and relaxing at the beach. Barbara loved spending time with her family, especially when they would go out to her favorite places to eat and her Saturdays spent with her daughter, Kimberly.

A devoted and cherished mother, Barbara will be dearly missed.

Barbara is survived by her son Brian Timmins (Kathy); daughters: Kimberly Wise and Shawna Lindsay; her grandchildren: Michael Timmins (Amber), Josh Bowers (Kali Strickler), Kevin Wise, Joey Timmins, and Maverick Lindsay; her cousin Nancy Berlet; and her ex-husband and beloved friend, Russell Timmins.

Barbara is preceded in death by her long-time companion Fred Lindsay.
