Audrey A. McGuigan, 72, of Leola, passed away August 26, 2023, at Susquehanna Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Lancaster on September 15, 1950, she was the daughter of the late James and Dolores (Simmons) Mimnall. She was the devoted wife of Edward McGuigan for over 20 years, until his passing in October 1997.

Many will remember Audrey for her dedicated years as a Girl Scout Leader and local hairdresser in Lancaster. She was the premier host of Halloween parties and loved wrapping all gifts elaborately with ribbons and trinkets. Everyone knew what gifts Audrey wrapped. In her free time, she enjoyed collecting antiques. Most of all, she loved spending time with her beloved grandsons.

Her memories will live on in her daughter, Heather Zerbe, wife of James of Elizabethtown; grandsons, Grayson, and Dalton; siblings, Patricia Rieker (Stephen) of Holtwood, James Mimnall (Tracey) of Columbia, Diane Brenner (Greg) of Lancaster; her beloved cat Lily, and a host of extended family. She was preceded in passing by her husband and their son Keith L. McGuigan.

A graveside service honoring Audrey will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023, at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery at 1 PM. Memorial contributions in Audrey's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association .
