Arthur "Butch" Y. Kissinger, Jr., 63, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on June 20, 2017 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Arthur Kissinger, Sr. & Alta Irene (Groff) Kissinger. Butch was the loving husband of Kathleen (Resch) Kissinger. He worked as a lab technician at Burnham US Boiler, and prior to that he worked at Trojan Yachts. Butch enjoyed tinkering with cars, listening to music, cooking, socializing with his friends and loved his cats. He had a good heart and gave to others. He was also a true craftsman. Surviving in addition to his wife, Kathleen, is a daughter, Angela Chille, wife of John of Lancaster; a sister, Brenda Himelwright, wife of Harry; a nephew, Gary Himelwright, husband of Lou Ann; a niece, Debra Himelwright Rich, wife of Robert; and a great-nephew, Ronald J. Himelwright, all of E. Petersburg. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Sonya, Judy & Shelia Kissinger. Friends will be received from 6-7 PM with a Memorial Service to begin at 7 PM on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602.
