Arthur Marshal Brown, Jr., 77, of Villas, New Jersey, and formerly of Lancaster, passed away peacefully in the care of Penn Hospice, Philadelphia, on July 23, 2019. Born in Lancaster, Art was the son of Virginia Hoffman Brown Hersh and Arthur Marshal Brown, Sr.

He graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School.

Art is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Joseph) Donaldson; grandchildren, Caeli and Max Donaldson; and cousin, Mary (Lynn) Kister, all of Lancaster, as well as his favorite "nephew" Phil Pizzi, of Cape May. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved uncle, James Hoffman.

Art was a good, loyal friend who loved his Trans Am, golf, a competitive game of backgammon, and a cold beer.
