Anthony (Tony) Q. Johnson, 40, of Lancaster died Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, PA., he was the son of Martha Parker Johnson of Lancaster and the late Donald Lucas. Tony was the companion of Teresa Schnader for 11 years.

Tony attended McCaskey High School and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.

He was employed by Walmart in the maintenance department for 7 years.

Tony liked playing hockey. He was a very  devoted and loving father.

Surviving besides his mother and companion are seven children: Erika Shank, Anthony Johnson, Unique Rodriguez, Javonte Johnson, Dante Johnson, Efrain Mejias, Zhane Johnson, seven brothers and sisters: Sheila Johnson wife of Thomas LaRue, Albert Johnson, Martha Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Jenell Santa, Latanya Johnson, Tina wife of Keith Dunsen, two half sisters:  Deirdre Griffin, Warnetta Williams and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Ebenezer Baptist Church, 148 Locust Street, Lancaster, PA on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 1:00PM with the Rev. Roland Forbes officiating. Interment will follow at Mellinger's Mennonite Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Thursday from 11:00-1:00PM. Contributions may be made in Tony's memory to Ebenezer Baptist Church.
