Annick Ghislaine Breese, 76, of Lititz, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Moravian Manor. Born in Amiens, France, she was the daughter of the late Georges Gilbert and Christianne Maria (Castermant) Philippe. Annick was the loving wife of the late Robert M. Breese who passed in 2004.

Before moving to the United States, Annick received an education degree and worked in various schools and boarding houses in France. After meeting and becoming close with Robert in Paris, she moved to Milwaukee and continued her career as a Montessori school teacher. She enjoyed the theatre, arts, classical music and was an avid reader. She loved to knit scarves; some she gave to family, but most of which she donated to those in need. She also enjoyed taking long walks around Lititz and visiting her favorite cafes.

A loving mother and grandmother, Annick will be dearly missed by her sons, Patrick of Grenoble, France, and Stephen, his wife Lauren, and their daughter Josephine of Manheim. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Catherine Philippe.

A Memorial Services will take place at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the Spacht-Snyder Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 127 South Broad Street, Lititz, PA, 17543. The family will receive guests beginning at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Annick's memory may be made to Casa Maria, P O Box 05206, Milwaukee, WI 53205
