Anne Marie Maurizio, 82, of 615 Wyncroft Lane, Lancaster, died Thursday at the Essa Flory Hospice Center.

Born in Pittsburgh, she was the wife of the late Carmen F. Maurizio, and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Caroline Cabadagas Canonico.

Anne Marie was a homemaker, but also worked as a baker and worked  for various nursing homes in the Tucson AZ and Charlotte NC areas.  She also served as a caregiver to an Alzheimer patient in Florida.

She was a member of St. Philip The Apostle Catholic Church.

She is survived by 2 daughters, both of Lancaster, Patricia Maurizio and Carmen Giuliani, 3 grandchildren: Ronald Armour, Carla Prasnikar and Nanette Rowe, and 3 great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday at 10:30AM from St. Philip The Apostle Catholic Church, 2111 Millersville Pike, Lancaster, PA 17603, with interment to follow at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
