Anna Nonn, 98, went home to be with the Lord on March 3, 2015, at St. Anne's Retirement Community. Born May 6, 1916, in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Mary Schneider Scheuchenzuber.

A devout Catholic she served forty years on the hospitality committee of St. Philip the Apostle Church and she was also an active volunteer with the Bausman Fire Company.

She was predeceased by her husband Henry Nonn of Lancaster, PA, her brothers John and Herman Scheuchenzuber and by her sisters Elsie Hines and Marie Rhoads. She was also very devoted to her 17 nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 2111 Millersville Pike, Lancaster, PA 17603 on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Mark E. Weiss as Celebrant. Anna's family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Anna's memory may be made to St. Anne's Retirement Community, 3952 Columbia Avenue, Columbia, PA 17512-5443.
