Anna Elizabeth (Betty) Nixdorf, age 99, of Lancaster, PA passed away on June 25, 2024. Born in Minersville, PA., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Neva Grubb. She was married to the late Elbert Nixdorf for 65 years.

Betty graduated from Ashland High School in Ashland, PA. She attended business college and did additional studies at Rutgers University in Camden, N.J. She was employed by various New Jersey banks for 30 years and retired as an assistant cashier. After retirement, she volunteered at various places and was a charter member of Learning Institute for Elders (LIFE) at Burlington County Community College in New Jersey. She was a member of Wayside Presbyterian Church.

Betty is survived by her two children: Dr. Karl Nixdorf and his wife Dr. Debra Davis of Montvale, N.J. and Janet Rowand and her husband Scott of Mount Joy, PA; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will take place at Woodcrest Villa, 2001 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601, on July 27, 2024 at 2pm. Burial will be held privately by the family.
