Anna Marie "Annie" Shaub, 98, of Lancaster, died peacefully on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Trillium Place, Lancaster. Born in Frankstown, Pa she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Dorothy Barroner Bouslough. Anna was the loving wife of Melvin H. Shaub who died in 2005. She was a faithful member of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd where she loved singing the hymns. Anna graduated from the former Dickinson Junior College and later began her career as a Medical Secretary Technician in the Cardiology department at Lancaster General Hospital where she retired from in 1982. She had a love of the beach, especially Stone Harbor and Avalon New Jersey. Swimming was a passion of Anna's and she also took great joy in playing cards. Volunteering in the church office and helping to deliver Meals on Wheels with friends quickly became favorite post-retirement activities as well.

Surviving are two children, Jeffrey Shaub and Susan Wood.

The family would like to thank the entire staff in both personal and skilled care at Trillium Place for the tremendous care given to Anna a.k.a "Shauby" during her time of residing at the home.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Anna's funeral service at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 750 Greenfield Road, Lancaster, PA 17601-5842 on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family from 10:30 AM until the time of service. Interment will be private in Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster. Those desiring may send contributions in Anna's name to Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 750 Greenfield Road, Lancaster, PA 17601-5842.
