Ann C. Santopolo,  86, of Lancaster , passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Hospice of Lancaster County . Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine Prendergast Forkan. Ann was married to the late Carmen Santopolo.

Mrs. Santopolo was a member of St. Ann-Neumann Senior group, St. John Neumann Church Bazaar and St. John Neumann Catholic Church.

Surviving are her daughters,  Suzanne, wife of John Wood of Lancaster, Mary-Jo , wife of  Walter Tyson of Mechanicsburg, Joann, wife of Paul Friel of Merritt Island, FL, one son, Dr. Anthony C. Santopolo, husband of Catherine of Madison, CT, sixteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren. Ann was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Forkan and one sister, Marie McIntyre.

A viewing will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Jr Funeral Home and Chapel Inc 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 on Wednesday, April 1st, 2009 from 6-8PM, the Rosary will be recited at 7:30PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 610 East Delp Road, Lancaster, PA, 17601 on Thursday, April 2nd, 2009 at 10AM, with Msgr. Richard Youtz as Celebrant.
