Anita Louis, 90, of Manheim, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at Mt. Hope Nazarene Retirement Community. Born in Fonds-Des-Negres, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Jean and Carida (Termilus) Neptune. Anita was the wife of the late Clotaire Louis who died in 2005. Anita was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Manheim. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Anita was particularly proud to have become a United States Citizen, taking the oath of citizenship in Philadelphia in 2011 at the age of 86. Anita is survived by seven children: Roland Louis, of Montreal, Canada; Marlene Etienne, of East Petersburg, Claudette Louis, of Canada; Raymond Louis, of Florida; Marie Ange Rembeyo, of Port-Gentil, Gabon; Yanick Louis, of Spring Valley, New York; and Mariouse Lubin, of Yucaipa, California. She is survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren also. Family and friends will be received for a Viewing from 6-8 PM, Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Funeral Services for Anita will be held at 11 AM, on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Shekinah Haitian Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 25 N. Grant St., Manheim, PA 17545, with Pastor Darnel Marius officiating. Interment will follow at Landis Valley Mennonite Cemetery.
