Angel Maria Rivera, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and cherished friend, passed away with the love of his life by his side on May 29, 2025, just two days shy of his 86th birthday. Born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, Angel was the son of the late Felipe and Maria Rivera.

Angel dedicated his working years as a laborer in the food processing industry, where he was employed by Weaver/Tyson. He was a generous soul with a heart full of warmth, who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. A lover of music, Angel had a special fondness for collecting radios and could often be found enjoying the sounds of his favorite Spanish music. Family gatherings, pig roasts, and spirited games of Dominos were the highlights of his life, bringing him immense happiness and laughter.

Angel is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Maria Rivera; his beloved sons: Angel M. Rivera and Ricardo Rivera (husband of Lisette); one grandson: Sebastian Rivera and many siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Family will receive friends on Friday, June 6, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA. 17602 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
