Amanda "Mandy" Yinger, 90, of Lancaster, PA, went home to be with the Lord on October 27, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Don Yinger.

Born in Sandy Springs, OH, she was the daughter of the late Parker and Ocie Adloff. Before relocating to Lancaster to live with her family, she was a longtime resident of Portsmouth, OH, where she worked as a retail buyer until retirement. Mandy enjoyed golfing, bowling, shopping, watching baseball, and participating in church life at New Covenant Christian Church.

More than anything, Mandy loved being with her family. She is survived by her two children Becky Toews (Chip) of Lancaster, PA and Marty Creech (Lisa) of Oxford, OH; her four grandchildren Bethany Wong (Alan) of Providence, RI, Josiah Toews of Nashville, TN, Sam Creech of Oxford, OH, and Hannah Creech of Oxford, OH; her one great grandson Tobin Wong. Viewings will take place Friday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 8 pm at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 441 N. George St., Millersville, PA, and Saturday Oct. 31 from 10 to 11 am at New Covenant Christian Church, 253 Charlestown Rd., Washington Boro, PA. Amanda's son-in-law Pastor Chip Toews will officiate her funeral at the church on Saturday at 11 am. Interment in Universal Cemetery, Rubyville, OH.
