Wednesday evening, August 15, 2012, Amalia Violet Addy went to be with the Lord. She was the daughter of the proud parents, Valerie O. Addy (formerly Heywood), and father, Matthew J. Addy, both of Lancaster. Amalia is survived by three siblings, Ethan, Alanna, and Everett Addy. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Stuart and Cathy Ongley-Heywood of Jamestown, NY; her maternal aunt Alisha O. Heywood, of Mountville; her maternal uncle Alexander D. Heywood, of Jamestown, NY; and her paternal grandparents, R. James and Madeleine Addy of Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.

Amalia's family invites you to celebrate her life with them, Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 1PM from Trinity United Church of Christ, 32 West Market St., York, PA 17401. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, York, PA.  In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome in her name to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Ephrata Hospital, 169 Martin Avenue, P.O.
