Altagracia Martinez, 96, of Ephrata, formerly Lancaster, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021. Born on April 20, 1926 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Gabino Martinez and Eloiza Rosa.

She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, and taking care of her family. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

She is survived by her children, Juan Cruz, Rosa Cruz, Epifania Cruz, Pedro Cruz, Jose L. Cruz, Petra M. Cruz, Nestor Cruz, Maria M. Cruz, Jose Cruz, Jose A. N. Cruz, and Luz Cruz, 28 grandchildren, and 51 great-grandchildren. Altagracia was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Cruz.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA 17601. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the funeral home on Saturday. Interment will be in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
