Alma E. Rodgers, age 88, of Lititz, was welcomed into the gates of Heaven, November 5, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 24, 1936, in Reading, PA to John and Irene Dunkel. Alma celebrated over 67 dedicated years of marriage to Richard L. Rodgers until his passing earlier this year.

Her greatest joy in life was being a mother, and a "Nan". She dedicated her life to her family and her faith. She and Richard frequently hosted cookouts and outdoor picnics for friends and family. Any reason to cook and bring the family together, they took advantage of the opportunity. In the many years they shared together, she and Richard enjoyed traveling throughout the US and Canada camping.

Her love will live on in her sons, Robert Rodgers, husband of Sherri, and Matthew Rodgers, all of Lititz, and the grandchildren and great grandchildren who affectionately called her Nan. She was preceded in passing by her parents, sons, Jeffrey Rodgers and Rodman Rodgers, and her siblings, Carl Dunkel, Paul Bolich, and Betty Singley.

The family invites guests to a viewing on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at the Charels F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, beginning at 5 PM. A funeral service honoring Alma will begin at 6 PM. Interment will take place at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to PSPCA, pspca.org
