Alisa Mitchell, age 69, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2024. She was born to the late Kermit Fletcher and Pauline Tipton. She was the wife of the late Donald Mitchell.

One of Alisa's greatest joys in life was caring for the animals in her neighborhood. She had a tender heart for animals, especially the cats, squirrels, and birds that frequented her surroundings. Her act of feeding them brought her joy.

Alisa is survived by her daughter Teresa Graybill of Ephrata and her son Jon Fletcher of York, She is also remembered by her brother Larry Fletcher husband of Lori of Lancaster and sisters Paulette Walters of Tennessee, Noreene Stephan of Kinzers, and Merry Miller, wife of Brian of New Holland. Alisa's memory will be cherished by her eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brothers Dale Fletcher and Gary Fletcher.

A private service to celebrate Alisa's life will be held for close family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Humane League of Lancaster County, reflecting Alisa's passion for the well-being of animals.
