Alfredo Westerband-Millian, age 68, passed away at his home on July 30, 2022. Alfredo was born Jose Westerband and Trinidad Millian in Patillas, Puerto Rico. Alfredo was a kind and humble man who had a God-fearing heart. He was a devout Christian who strived to serve others as Jesus taught us to do and taught Sunday school at Puerta De Refugio. In his spare time, he loved to read and study the Gospel. Alfredo is survived by his companion, Alba Martinez of Lancaster; his siblings Manuel Westerband, Concepcion Westerband, Jose Westerband and Hortenica Westerband all of Puerto Rico and 6 nieces and nephews. Alfredo is preceded in death by his both his father and mother. Alfredo will be laid to rest at a later date in Puerto Rico.
