Aida E. Torres, 92, of Lancaster, PA, passed away at Neffsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. She shared over 70 years of marriage with her husband Andres Torres.

Born in Guánica, Puerto Rico, Aida was the daughter of the late Damaso Vega and Corporina Lopez Vega.

She worked as a seamstress in the garment industry. Aida enjoyed watching baseball and cheering on the New York Mets. She also loved to complete word puzzles, glide across the dance floor with Andreas, and go fishing. She was of the Catholic Faith.

In addition to her love of life Andres, Adia is survived by her daughter, Evon Roman, wife of Ramone of Port Chester, NY, two sons, Robert Torres, husband of the late Magdalena of Lancaster, and Anthony Torres, husband of the late Camelia of Brooklyn, NY, as well as eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Aida was preceded in death by her parents, her son Andres P. Torres, and her grandson Michael Torres.

A viewing took place at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, Lititz, PA, followed by private interment.
