I am sad to hear of Bill’s passing. I have many wonderful memories of our time together at Highlands. So much fun playing guitar and harmonica and singing great old songs. Garage sale days, backyard barbecuing, old war and gun stories and most importantly LOTS OF LAUGHTER! I can still hear Bill’s infectious laugh which usually resulted in one of us choking on whatever it was we were eating at the time! I admired him greatly, not solely on his achievements, but his personality and character. He was kind and very generous and understanding of my inability to give him as much of my time as I would have liked to, as I was a “new family man” and he knew my goal was to be a good dad. There was always a project to tackle and we usually had fun accomplishing it. We talked about the Good Lord on occasion and even though we were rarely in church on Sunday, I knew he had Faith in God’s grace. I’ll miss you my friend and I will see you again.
