Oh my goodness, the tears I have as I watched this beautiful tribute for such a truly lovely lady. How lucky I am to have spent these last chapters with her, listening to her many bassett hound stories, sharing videos of my own silly dogs with her and bringing them for visits so she could put them (to her delight) in her bed, getting to know her incredible family, and hearing of her life well lived.
Love ya, Miss Ginnie!

To the Kurtz family I’m so sorry for your loss, I have fond memories of Ginny.
May you all find peace in your own memories of her.

I have missed seeing Ginny in the office since her retirement.  She was a force of nature, funny, capable, always seemed to be smiling.  She spoke of her family with pride and love, two and four legged, she was clearly devoted to you all.  I am working LGH 2/2 so I will be unable to attend her service, please know I am thinking of her and of all of you today and in the days to come.

John and family.  We were so saddened to read of Ginny’s passing.  Her smile and happy attitude made being around her always a real pleasure.  She made days at AAofL easier and when we were together socially she was such fun. Thinking of you and hope hearing people’s thoughts brings you comfort.

Her smile brightened every room she entered. Her warmth and cheer made that room the greatest place in the world to be. Lord help if she brought a shoofly pie. My heart aches for you. I know how cherished she was…how special she was. I know the literal crater she has left in you. She’d be the last person to want to see you sad. She’d be telling you that there’s no reason to be sad for her now. The sad part is over…the celebration of an astonishingly beautiful, warm, fun and loving best friend is just beginning…she was always your best friend. There’s no sense trying to use words to tell you how sorry we are…words are so useless sometimes. Just know that Molly and I love you and Carol as much as we could love anyone in the world.

John and children, Your wife and mother was a great help to me during my years with AAofL, both professionally and personally. She was there to talk to when I needed it, and she was always there to take care  of “business details “ for my partners and myself. She will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences.
