Timothy E. Edwards, Jr., 76, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Wilson, NC, he was the son of the late Ione (Worlds) and Timothy E. Edwards, Sr. He was happily married to Patricia (Davis) Edwards for over 48 years.
Timothy attended Eastern High School in Washington, DC. He was employed in construction for most of his life. He enjoyed cooking bbq, gardening and watching westerns. His family was blessed to have him as their father and husband. He enjoyed singing gospel and passed that love onto his family. His home was always open to friends and everyone was welcome. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Timothy is survived by his children: Tammy Patterson, Timothy Edwards, III, Kevin Edwards, Shawn Edwards, Gabriel Edwards, Maurice Edwards, Mark Edwards and Abby Edwards; a host of grandchildren and 1 great-grandson on the way
Private interment will be held at Landis Valley Cemetery with Pastor Patricia Edwards officiating
