Teresa C. Neustadter, 92

Teresa C. Neustadter, 92, of Strasburg, was ushered into glory on Friday, February 1, 2019. She was the wife of the late Harry K. Neustadter for over 64 years. Harry died in February 2015

Born on April 24, 1926 in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Preston and Margaret (Flanigan) Haldeman.

Teresa was a Licensed Practical Nurse and had worked at Brethren Village and also in private duty.

She regularly attended Living Faith Church of God, with her last days spent attending Calvary Monument Church.

Teresa was extremely active in the lives of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, who lovingly referred to her as Baba.

Surviving are a daughter, Jean, married to Randy Hildebrand, and a son, Joe, married to Barb (Fisher) Neustadter, all of Strasburg, 15 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Roberts; a grandson; a great-granddaughter and five siblings.

A Celebration of Teresa’s Life will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 in the Bachman Funeral Home, 7 South Decatur Street Strasburg. The family will greet friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
